ANN ALLOTT - Immigration Lawyer
Ann Allott possesses considerable experience handling the entire spectrum of immigration and nationality matters, from employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant, to investor cases, labor certifications and family-based cases. She has represented employees and their families from companies in all parts of the United States and many countries.

KRISTIN KNUDSON - Immigration Lawyer
Kristin was raised in Colorado and attended the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where she was awarded membership in the Order of St. Ives Honorary Society for her scholastic achievement. She practiced law at a private law firm for two years before joining the Allott Immigration Law Firm. She is an active member of the Spanish Speaking Lawyers Committee of the Colorado Bar Association, the Denver Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
CINDY CONTI - Senior Immigration Paralegal
Cindy Conti has worked in employment-based immigration for 22 years. Her expertise is in labor certifications, nonimmigrant visa (NIV) and immigrant visa (IV) petitions, and adjustment of status applications.
JEN McCROSKEY – Legal Assistant
Jen is a native of Colorado and earned her Associates Degree from Front Range Community College in 2004. Jen maintains and oversees the day to day functions of the office and works closely with Ann Allott. She has over 10 years of office support experience with 3 of those years in a law office.
JULIE ESCALANTE – Legal Assistant
Before moving to Colorado from California in 1995, Julie worked for a private law firm for five years. For the past eleven years Julie has worked as a director with a local non-profit.
MILY JELINEK – Front Desk Administrator
Mily is originally from Argentina, where she graduated from law school. She will be working on her US law degree at night, and is interested in studying immigration law. Mily speaks fluent Spanish and English. She worked in a law firm in Argentina for four years while in university.
KERRY ANDERS – Financial Manager
Kerry is a native Californian but has loved living in Colorado for the past 15 years. She has over 15 years of experience in accounting in several different business environments including immigration law, construction, and catering. She is experienced with Quickbooks accounting software and with the Microsoft Office Suite. Kerry has responsibility for daily and monthly accounting activities.
